| This hotel has a great view, great look and great staff. It's quite freeing to be able to look out over the West Lake area. The pool and fitness center were nice, but quite humid. Overall a really good choice. |

| 日本行の飛行機が深夜に出るのでついた日、帰国日に便利なビジネス系ホテル。17階のクラブラウンジはチェックアウト後も空いていて夕食が出るからお得。 |

| We stayed at Sofitel Plaza in Feb 2012. The location is average as it is not central. Local shops nearby and the lake. Its by the expressway. Staff were friendly. Only 2 restaurants. spa service was average. Would reconsider about returning to it. |

| I stayed at this place just to try out the other Sofitel hotel. It was not as luxurious as I had expected. It is further from the city centre and surrounded by mostly local shops and the West Lake. Its for those who like the slow, quiet, relaxing holiday minus the convenience. Staff were friendly and helpful. The Spa service was average and the treatment room had a window to look into. Also buffet breakfast closes at 10am which is a minus for the leisure traveller. Overall, there are better, cheaper hotels in the city centre eg. Royal Palace Hanoi, or if for luxury - The Sofitel Legend Metropole. Hope this helps with your selection. |

| What a nice hotel! The room was comfortable, services were never lacking, and requests were acted upon immediately. The indoor pool is highly recommended for lap swimmers. Prices at the bar were reasonable, not the typical guest-gouging rates of a first world hotel in a third world country. The one small drawback is being located away from the old quarter, but it is a short cab ride. |

| 非常に洗練された、美しく過ごしやすいホテルでした。
レイクビューの見られるお部屋に当たらなかったのは残念でしたが、15階の部屋からの眺めも、サービスフロアである17階からの眺望およびエレベーターからの景色も抜群でした。
夕方のhappy hourという名の無料食べ放題は、割りと種類も豊富で非常に美味しく、パートナーがすっかりはまってしまいました。
ネット環境も充実しており、MacPCも設置されており使い放題でした。
難をいうならば、若干壁が薄いことでしょうか。廊下を歩く人の声や扉の開閉音が聞こえましたが、ほとんど気になりません。また、トイレが浴室の奥にあるので入浴中の使用は人によっては難しいかと。それにトイレとシャワールームが半透明で浴室が透明のガラスだったのが、どうも気恥ずかしかったです。
しかしこのホテルの充実したサービスのおかげで、非常に心地よい旅を送ることができました。

| ４・５星のランクはほぼそのとおりの感じ、その割りに安かった。ただ部屋はやや狭く、2日目のサービスでバスの足フキマットが補充忘れ。また同僚の部屋では、バスタブのセンがゆるくお湯のたまりが悪かったとのこと。プールは上から見ただけだが、小さく庭も狭い。チェックアウトの前の晩に電話でホテルの感想を聞くための電話が女性マネージャーから掛かってきたが、ながなが聞かれ疲れているときにうっとうしかった。 |

| 家族４人で宿泊の為、シングル２部屋を隣どうしで、リクエストをしていました。
しかし、はじめは、同じフロワーで、次に間に一部屋入った２部屋で、とのフロントの話でした。折角、家族できているのだから、隣どうしの部屋を要求したら、上司の人に相談をしてくれて、真ん中に、リビングと、２部屋あるコナースイート部屋にしてくれました。勿論アップチヤージ無しで。
フロントの対応は気持ちの良いもので、おかげで良い旅行が出来ました。 |

| Only downside was the western food. After two weeks of Vietnamese food I decided to try a burger. It was distinctly sub-standard. If I were staying again I would stick to the Asian restaurant which was excellent. |
