| タイ湖のほとりにある高級ホテルです。落ち着いた雰囲気の非常にきれいなホテルです。部屋も清潔で高級感があります。周辺は街の喧騒からは離れているので静かで騒音は全くありませんでした。ただ、最初に泊まった部屋がエレベーターの隣だったので、わずかにエレベーターの音が気になったので、コンシュルジュに部屋の変更を頼んだら快く応じてくれました。隣にインターコンチネンタルホテルがあり、シェラトンが高層階のホテルに対して低層階の別の雰囲気を持ったホテルのようでした。 |

| The Sheraton, Hanoi is very old hotel so, I feel antique mood. But I thought that it should be changed a bit modern and convenient facilities. |

| Very nice hotel! Unfortunately situated "far" from the old quarter, took about 10-15 min by taxi. Be aware that staff do not speak very good english! We also experienced that they always adressed my brother, not me (me being a girl... ). That also happened even when I was the one paying for the stay! Not good! Otherwise the hotel was nice - clean, good food, big room with nice view over the lake. |

| Being a business hotel, Shearton needs to provide in room internet service. All +4 star Hotels these days have this facilities. Charging $15.00+tax for internet connection is not acceptable these days.
This is an add on feature for business travellers like me, who look for cost effective travel expenses.
THough customer service was friendly and need to hire more employees for late checking in after 10.00 p.m., as service was slightly slower at that time. |

| 3泊4日の休暇でした。スタッフは皆親切。朝食ビュッフェも豪華で美味しい。特に朝食のフォーが最高でした。
町の中心から離れているため、1日3回の無料シャトルバスを利用しました。知られていないのか誰も利用していませんでした。シャトルの運転手さんは英語は話しませんが、行きたい場所を言うと通り道であれば途中で下してくれて親切でした。
お部屋は静かで快適でしたが、やや古く カーペットの染みが気になりましたが、全般的にお薦めの良いホテルです。 |

| Wonderful hotel in nice neighborhood, fantastic breakfast buffet and great views from the rooms. The dinner at the restaurant was boring and overpriced. |
