| Awesome view of the Westlake, and comfortable stay. It is only a 15 mins cab ride away from Old quarter, away from the noise and craziness of traffic. My only negative comment about the hotel was the service quality. Staff tries hard to deliver good service but the quality of service is still not up to world class standard for a 5 star hotel. it is only 5 mins walk from the hotel to a very good bakery with great coffee. |

| It's reach the international standard. The location is not very convenience at all, you need to go back to the old town center for sightseeing and shopping, only few restaurants around. Quite expensive in this country, ESP not included breakfast and not easy to have a cafe close by, it's not good for travelers. |

| I had a very relaxing stay in this resort style hotel.
To be able to view fireworks during the new year from
my room was a pleasant surprise. I would highly recommend this hotel to my friends. |

| The Intercon. is a great spot to stay during any trip to Hanoi. It is located about a 10 minute taxi ride from the old district and 15 minutes from the HCM Mausoleum, so pretty close to everything.
The huge advantage that we found that it offers a great retreat from the noise and chaos of the main areas, and provided a nice place to retire after a busy day walking and exploring.
The hotel is very clean, modern and well staffed, with plenty of options for food and drink, if you didn't want to try the local Pho ! the french bread for breakfast was to die for ! |

| Spent one night here. Good service, fast check in, friendly front desk; however, the lady concierge didn't seem enthusiastic, spoke difficult to understand English, and a lack of effort explaining the to-dos in Hanoi. Got a pool view room away from the main building on the lake; however, couldn't see the pool at all. No wifi provided, room is clean and comfortable but had a damp feel most likely due to the room sitting on the west lake. Sunset bar was decent and relaxing. The Asian cuisine on the 2nd floor is pricey and subpar. Located near some of my favorite restaurants and hangout places in Hanoi. Would definitely recommend this hotel for couples and those who want to spend time using and chilling at the hotel facilities. |

| This is a good hotel, but it could use better food. The inroom service menu is limited and doesn't taste as good as it should. When I ate in the Asian restaurant, I actually saw them microwave my food. Again this is not what one expects. Beside the food, though, the hotel is great. |

| 部屋は開放感があり快適だった。
滞在期間中、ホテルでコンテストのイベントが開催されていた。事前連絡がなく、立ち入り禁止区域があったり、夜中まで騒がしかったりした。ドアの建てつけが悪く、開きにくかった。天井に備え付けのシャワーも使えなかった。また、インターネットが各部屋無料で使えた方が良い。同じレイクビューでも、部屋によって見える景色に良し悪しがあり、予約の段階でもう少し詳しく選択できればよかった。 |
