Recent Hanoi Phoenix Review: "I love this hotel. I have stayed here several times and each stay was exceptional. The staff is really friendly and helpful, the rooms are nice and the beds comfortable. I only had one stay that I had a problem, I was awoken at 8 AM to the sound of drilling and banging due to construction going on next door. But besides that one day, I love this hotel!  I will definitely be heading back!"
