Personalet står på hovedet for dig og de vokser med opgaven. Hotellet er dog slidt og komforten begrænset. Men har man ingen nykker eller brug for luksus, så er dette hotel ok. Der er fri internet, udmærket bad og hvad man ellers skal bruge for at overleve.

This is a budget hotel that would put many similar hotels in Europe to shame. The service is exceptional, the management young and enthusiastic and the price is cheap.. The hotel has faults but management has plans to develop and improve. smoke alarms should be top of the list but most faults are cosmetic and could be put right with a lick of paint and new furnishings. Breakfast caters for both Asian and Western guests and you could eat as much as you liked. Nothing was too much trouble for Mr. luan and his staff and I could not praise them too highly. We also found that the hotel was ideally situated some 10 mins walk from the old town and half that distance to the elegant old French quarter. When we first arrived in Hanoi and at this hotel our first impressions were not good but that soon changed. This is a great hotel for the buget traveller and Hanoi is a wonderful City once you work out how to cross the road when traffic does not stop!

A friend and i were traveling together and had made reservations for a room with 2 beds and had conformation. Upon checkin they only had a room with 1 bed. They said they didn't have anything that night but would the next night and the only solution they came up with was we could pay more and get 2 rooms. I kinda felt since it was there error i shouldn't have had to pay additional but it's night and tired traveler so paid it. But other than that they did let us use there laptop and helped call airlines and tours for us so overall they were very helpful.
