Efter at have boet på hotellet mange gange, kan man virkelig komme til at føle sig hjemme. Betjeningen er utrolig venlig, man bliver husket og budt velkommen, og alt fungerer super godt - bortset fra at internettet ind imellem kan drille lidt. Et helt særligt forhold ved Daewoo er lyssætningen, både på værelserne og i lobby mv., det virker gennemtænkt  og altid meget behageligt.

이름에서도 왠지 모르게 친숙함이 묻어나오는 대우호텔이었습니다. 직원들은 친절하고 객실의 청결도나 서비스 또한 Good이었습니다. 위치도 구시가지와 신시가지의 중간지점에 있어 비지니스 및 관광을 동시에 즐길 수 있습니다. (물론 걸어서 가시기엔 좀 먼거리죠) 다만, 제가 체크아웃시 물건을 놓고 나와서 저녁때 혹시나 찾으러 갔는데 직원이 청소할 때 아무것도 못찾았다고 하는군요. 그냥 쓰레기통에 들어가지 않았는지... 이부분은 조금 손님에 대한 배려가 필요한 부분이 아닐까 생각됩니다. 뭔지 모르는 물건을 손님이 놓고 갔을 때는 1~2일 정도 보관해 두었다가 폐기해도 될텐데 하는 아쉬움이 들었습니다. 분명히 놓고 나왔거든요. 아무튼  마사지나 피트니스 클럽같은 기타 시설은 제가 이용하지 않아서 말씀은 못드리겠네요. 식사는 좋은 편입니다. 아침에 먹는 쌀국수 국물이 제법 시원하고 맛있습니다. 한국 이용객이 많은 것을 배려해서 한국반찬도 가져다 놓았는데 사실 전 별로 이용하지는 않았습니다. 아침은 간단히 빵과 계란, 과일정도로 하는 것이 더 좋아서요. 참고로 주변에 한국 음식점이 꽤 있습니다. 결론적으로 말씀드려서 최고는 아니어도 수준급의 서비스를 누릴 수 있습니다. ^^;;

有免費的wifi,及早餐 雖不在老街區,但是洽公尚稱方便 服務佳,可惜樓上房間走到味道不佳 lobby還算ok 餐廳ok,對街有一間韓國料理,物美價合理

배정 받은 객실이 9층의 레이크뷰여서 좋았으며, 객실은 구식이었으나 청결하였음. 호텔 가까이에 하노이 동물원 및 놀이동산이 있으며, 근처 호수에서 오리배 및 워터워크 등 레져시설을 즐길 수 있어서 어린자녀들과 재밌는 시간을 보냈다. 호텔 스텝들이 그리 친절하지는 않고 그냥 사무적임. 난 1박을 예약했는데, 2박 예약했으니 얼리체크아웃이라고 우기더니 확인 후 자기들 착오라고 하다고 함. 전반적으로 soso

The are better hotels in Hanoi for that price. The room interior is outdated. Old-fashioned TVs. Staff is helpful but not eager to help. Overpriced room service.

첫인상은 조금 썰렁하다는 느낌이었으나 조금 조금 시간이 지나면서 편해지는 느낌.. 최근에 투자가 없었는지 외관이나 보이는 부분이 약간 깔끔한 느낌은 못받았지만 안정되있다는 느낌...이 좋았던 호텔입니다

This hotel is very expensive consider it's location in Hanoi. But all other nice hotels in Hanoi are also extremely expensive. Yet Hanoi does not have anything to offer to the tourists. The entire city is extremly poor and very very very very ugly and dirty. Did I mention Hanoi is extremly ugly and dirty? There are 11 people in my group, and we all agree the trip to Hanoi is a waste of both time and money. Don't believe the hype, skip that trip to the Hoan Kiem Lake and West Lake, and the Truc Bach Lake, and the One Pillar Pagoda. Trust me you won't miss anything. The only thing we like after spending four days in Hanoi is the Literature Temple. But that alone is not enough to justify the cost for our vacation in Hanoi. Besides, I don't thing you can find fine food in Hanoi. All the good chefs in Hanoi already left for Saigon. Why are hotel rooms in Hanoi so expensive is beyond me. What does Hanoi have to offer? The answer is nil, none!
