| 旧市街の迷路のような通りにあり、外出して帰るのに迷った。タクシーの運転手もあまりよくわからなかったようだ。電気と水の工事のため、一日、別のホテルに移転させられたが、部屋の程度が落ち、朝食もなかったことの補償がなかった。 |

| The bathroom plumbing and water heater made constant noise all day and night. The room was also next to the elevator and that had its own set of sounds 24 hours a day. |

** Location on the map is not TRUE!**
- It is located on "Hang But" not "Hang Dao" as shown on the map! The real location is about 600m far away from where you think it is.
- Bad news: more walk from the lack
- Good news: close to market
- Good 2 restaurants opposite the hotel, let have a chance to try them ^^
** Room**
- Room on the 6th floor was noisy from the machine or something liked that, but in overall it was clean and none smoke
- Doors could not close well, but ok
** Services**
- Only 2 staff could speak English and they didn't be at reception all day. Then, it was difficult to communicate with their local staff
- Not good. They committed to give the room to us at 1pm but the room was available at almost 5pm
- We booked a taxi to airport from this hotel and agreed to pay for it in US dollars, but hotel manager wrote down a note for taxi driver (third party) in VND and higher than our agreement.
โรงแรมอยู่ไกลจากที่แสดงในแผนที่ไปทางด้านบนอีกประมาณเกือบ 600 เมตร ข้อดีคือ อยู่ใกล้ตลาด แต่ข้อเสียคือ เดินไกลอีกหน่อย แล้วก็มืดนิดนึง
- ตรงข้ามโรงแรมมีร้านอาหารท้องถิ่นสองร้าน อาหารอร่อยและราคาไม่แพง
- ถ้าเป็นไปได้อย่าพักชั้น 6 เพราะไม่มีลิฟท์ และเสียงเครื่องยนต์อะไรสักอย่าง (เดาว่าเป็นเสียงลิฟท์กับเครื่องปั๊มน้ำ) ดังเป็นจังหวะตลอดทั้งคืน .. แต่อากาศชั้นนี้ดี เพราะกลิ่นบุหรี่ขึ้นไปไม่ถึง
- ห้องสะอาดพอใช้ แต่ประตูค่อนข้างเก่า ดังนั้น เช็คให้ดีว่าปิดประตูสนิทแล้วหรือยัง
- พนักงานที่พูดอังกฤษได้มีแค่สองคน แล้วก็ไม่ได้อยู่ตลอด จะลำบากหน่อยเวลาพยายามสื่อสารกับพนักงานคนอื่นที่พูดอังกฤษไม่ได้เลย
- ถ้าจะให้จองรถ ต้องมั่นใจว่าเขียนโน้ตราคารถให้ชัดเจน เพราะตกลงเป็นเงินดอลล่าร์ แต่เขียนให้คนขับเป็นดอง แล้วก็ราคาสูงกว่าที่ตกลงไว้ด้วย เลยมีปัญหากับคนขับรถตลอดทางไปสนามบิน
โดยรวมก็โอเค เทียบกับเงินที่จ่ายไป โดยเฉพาะถ้าคุณจองห้องในราคาลดพิเศษจากเวป ซึ่งถูกกว่าตอนเดินหา/ต่อราคาเอง |

| Stayed at this hotel for 3 night and we had a great time. Very helpful and serviceminded staff. The hotel can help you book trips to Hallongbay and more destinations. The hotel mananger wanted us to have teh best service and we really had. The rooms were great and the breakfast to. We would really recommend this hotel. |

| Close to the lake and in a quite street (important in Hanoi's traffic). Room was nice, breakfast was ok, laundry was a bit expensive. Elevator did not work.
Overall experience. Very nice according to cheap pricing. |

| Mycket trevlig hotellpersonal som hjälper till så gott det går. De pratar engelska hyfsat bra. Ett stort plus till städerskorna som var jätteduktiga. Frukosten var lite snålt tilltagen och enformig. |

| we had a great experience staying in this hotel and the location in the old quarter is good. The staff was very friendly and helpfull with both service at the hotel and booking of airplanetickets to our next destination. the room was nice and clean. breakfast was simple but good. |

| Pretty much basic with some extras... free internet at the lobby, toiletries and free breakfast. Recommended for budget travelers.
The manager is friendly.
Language can be a problem. Be sure to write down on paper the agreed amount you are suppose to pay and show them. |
