Recent Golden Sun Review: "My girlfriend and I stayed at the posh 6 nights total on our 2 wk trip to VN in october. We are 2 women travelling alone so we had booked the lst 3 nights before arriving. We were picked up at the airport as promised and was greeted with welcomes and smiles at the hotel. The hotel is situated in the old quarter so you are surrounded by culture and activity  as soon as you walk out the door. We decided to fly to danang after 3 nights and Bac the hotel receptionist went out of her way to arrange flights, hotels , tours, pickup etc on the other end. We were also allowed to leave some bags at the hotel until our arrival back the next week. Her saying is "I make things easy for you"..and she certainly did. We can't say enough good things about our stay (hotel -reasonable price and the rooms more than adequate for 3*), good location, wonderful, friendly accommodating staff. It was a sad day leaving them and I would recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Hanoi.."
