| Personalet var os utrolig hjælpsomme. Vi brugte hotellet som base for udflugter, og vores bagage blev opbevaret, mens vi var væk. Vi har haft en fantastisk ferie og er hotelpersonalet meget taknemmelige. |

| staffs are very helpful, room condition is good, bed is big and comfortable, we just feel like being at home. Breakfast is also very good. surely will stay again next time. |

| フロントの対応は非常によく親切にしてくれました。
朝食は、ボリュームがあり、おいしい。
また食べ放題以外にホットケーキやオムレツ、フォー等は、日替わりであるが、個別に作って出してくれます。
フロント並びに各階に無線LANが設置され、ﾊﾟｽﾜｰﾄﾞはフロントで教えてくれます。
場所は、ホアン キエム湖へは徒歩15分、繁華街の中に位置しますが、初めていく場合は、タクシーでアクセスする方が無難。
ホテルの回りに屋台や、レストラン、コンビニも近くにあります。(ホテルのフロントで、ホテル周辺の地図がもらえます。)
他、歩行者天国化した道路に、雑貨屋や衣服、軽食を出す露天商が出てるが、その場所も徒歩10分のところにあります。
それから、ハロン湾やサパ、ハノイ市内等のツアーを扱う旅行社もホテルから近くにある。(夜22時迄営業している会社もありました。)
シンカフェも徒歩10分程度のところにある。
ホテルのフロントで、ハノイから中国南寧へのバスの手配も旅行会社に連絡してくれ、50万ドンでした。(ハノイでの出発時間及び場所：7:30 9:30 紅河賓館(ハノイ市陳光凱路２０４号)
南寧行きのバス乗り場でも購入できるが、その手間と時間を考えたら、約20万ドンの出費は、許容範囲と考えれます。
そのバス乗り場は、ホテルからタクシーで約15分、26000ドンでした。
ホテルの部屋は、きれいで且つ、クリーニングが行き届いており、清潔感があります。
バスタブはジャグジー付きのタイプでした。
この価格設定では十分でした。
当方の宿泊した部屋2ベットルームで、窓がありませんでしたが、寝るだけでしたので、問題ありませんでした。
次回行くことがあれば、またこのホテルを利用したいです。 |

| The staff here are really friendly and helpful, also quite sweet. The hotel's location is really central-lots of good restaurants and cafes really close by, as well as all the main Hanoi tourist attractions. Also a great spot for booking day trips etc as all travel agents and tour companies are close by. About 45 minutes from the airport and paid about Euro 14 for a taxi to the hotel. The standard of the room is quite high for the price, and the breakfast menu is also really nice. All in all I'd say this hotel is good value. |

| We had a nice stay at this price worthy hotel. Free wifi Internet functioned fantastic, the breakfast was really good and the people at the reception very helpful. Very central in old town. Beds wereSome rooms have no window other than out to the corridor so if you need street view, ask for it. This is where I will stay next time to for sure. |

| Bodde här i sept 2011. Centralt i gamla stan, rent och frächt. Man får vad man betalar för. Frukosten var mkt dålig. Trevlig personal, dock en hel del språkproblematik. |

| Right in the heart of the old town with it's busy streets and locals going about their business. We stayed in the small room the first night but upgraded to the bigger room the second night as the smaller one was too claustrophobic as it had no windows. The big room was much nicer. The staff are very helpful in particular the lovely lady on the des k. |

| Super staff and nice clear rooms. Hotel are in
Old town center of the most interesting part of
Hanoi.
I have stayed before in many hotels in Hanoi,
this is the best to the prize for sure.
Remember to get a room with window towards the street or else it's not so nice |
